Romaní Villa is a beautiful colonial style villa located on the outskirts of Palma. The building, completed in 1922, was modeled after Cuban art decó architecture with a central tower and stately balcony. Totally refurbished in 2018, the integrity and old world ambience remain, visible in details like the impressive marble entrance stairs, patterned tiled floors and manor-like ceilings. Sitting proudly on a hillside, this manor house was once the residence of noted General Jaime Garau de Montaner. After completion in 1922 the building was modeled after Cuban Art Deco architecture with a central tower and a stately balcony.
Though totally refurbished in 2018, the integrity and old world ambience remain, visible in details like the impressive marble entrance stairs, pattern tiled floors and manor – like ceilings.
The house is warm and inviting, with spacious rooms and vibrant accents. Its owners are architects, known to deftly work midcentury silhouettes into many of their interiors projects, incorporating them alongside antiques from other eras in a manner that feels both polished and fresh, presenting midcentury designs in a thoroughly original way.
Inside Romaní VIlla you’ll find a well thought out design theme, perfectly executed in every room.
