Grapevine Villa

This traditional Mallorcan house is adorned with unique pieces of art and comfortable furniture. Its extensive private and manicured garden creates an atmosphere of nature ideal for enjoying peaceful views. The villa is located in one of the coolest areas of the island, so you can take a break from the high temperatures of the rest of the island. In addition, Grapevine Villa is located less than a five-minute drive from the village, with its abundance of cafes and quality restaurants, and also has easy access to Palma and the airport.

The main house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed over two floors. Upstairs we find three bedrooms, the master suite with dressing room and a private solarium/ terrace. The other two ensuite bedrooms share a separated playroom for children. There is also a detached guest bedroom, with a bathroom and terrace, in the garden which sleeps two guests.

There are many outdoor seating and dining areas, which bask in the sun at different times of the day so you can enjoy a different view at each meal. As you can see in the photos, the pool area is a true oasis of relaxation with extra comfy sun loungers and a wooden deck. There are various amenities, too, so you don't get bored while you rest.

The rest of the grounds are well-kept with covered parking and plenty of privacy for guests. This property has its own maintenance team and cleaning service which can be hired. Feel free to ask for extra cleaning service rates or kitchen service to make your holiday a perfect experience.
