Planning your event at a villa in Mallorca

  • No. Choose a house whose owner accepts your proposed event, not simply one with a large garden. Share the occasion, dates, attendance and suppliers so permitted use can be confirmed before booking.

  • No. The number allowed at a celebration may differ from the guests permitted to sleep at the villa. Confirm both separately, including suppliers and outside visitors where relevant, rather than using bedroom count as an event limit.

  • Our event villas require a minimum accommodation stay. The number of nights and any event charge depend on the property and dates. Clarify setup and departure access as part of the proposal.

  • We can help you explore catering through local providers. Menus, service staff, equipment and kitchen access need to suit the property and your plans. Catering is quoted separately unless expressly included.

  • These details must be agreed for the chosen villa. Tell us about sound, installation, delivery and collection times. A private rental does not automatically allow amplified music, structural changes or unrestricted supplier access.

  • Send the occasion, dates, total attendance, overnight guests and budget. Include the planned schedule and any indoor alternative needed. We can then check suitable houses and clarify rental, event and additional service costs.
