Changes to our Website Terms and Conditions

www.mallorcacollection.com shall have the right to change or modify these terms at any time. When you are using our website you are accepting the terms and conditions that are current at that time, therefore you should check them each time you visit the website.


This site, application and services are aimed at people who are 18 or older. The use of the site by anyone under 18 is prohibited. By accessing or using www.mallorcacollection.com you warrant that you are 18 or older.

Offers and Discounts

Special offers and discounts made by Mallorca Collection will only be valid between the set dates therefore all rentals placed before or after the date of the offer/discount will not be applied.

Liability Disclaimer

We cannot be liable for losses or damages you may suffer that might result from the use of the information contained in this website. We are also not responsible for any losses or damages that you might suffer from your access to any other information or material through web links from this site, or from any inability to access or use this site or its web links.

We will not take responsibility for any loss or damage you might suffer as a result of your access or use of this website or other materials on this website except if the damage is:

  • Personal injury or death (due to our negligence)
  • Caused by fraud
  • Any other matter which would be illegal for us to exclude our liability.


The subscriber cannot use www.mallorcacollection.com to advertise or to perform any other commercial solicitation.

You may download, store or copy material from this site for your own private use but using any material from this website for commercial or business purposes is not permitted. Unauthorised use of the content of this site could imply criminal offence.

Booking Conditions:

By booking with us we take for granted that you have read these conditions.



Please check that all names, dates and timings are correct in every document and advise us immediately in case of any error. Make sure that the names are the same as the ones appearing in your passports.
If at the moment of the confirmation you perceive any wrong detail, please, advise us immediately since changes cannot be made later if you do not notify us the problem.

Your personal details will only be provided to the staff responsible for your booking and, if required by law, to public authorities (applying personal information that you might give us such as disabilities, dietary or religion). In any case, our data privacy policy is available in our website.


You will be asked to pay a deposit of 25% and make full payment 30 days before the check in.

If the payment is not received by the due date, your booking will be cancelled and you will be charged with the cancellation fees.

Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel your booking you must notify your cancellation with a written statement (by email) or you could also call us. Your cancellation will only be effective when you have received a confirmation email by us. Usually, you can cancel up until a week before of the expected arrival date and you will receive a reimbursement of the 50% but it may vary depending on the property. The cancellation policy will be specified in each property.

Special Requests

If you have any special request, please tell us at the time of booking so that we can offer it to you. If you let us know after booking, we cannot guarantee that your requests will be met and we will have no liability if they are not.

Agency Bookings

You may purchase other services (such as car rental) that you might have found in our website. Each component will be provided by a third party  therefore your contract will be with the individual suppliers and not with us. We accept no responsibility for the acts or omissions of the services provided.


We may provide general information about the passport and visa requirements for your trip to Mallorca but it is your responsibility to check the requirements before travelling. We are not responsible if you cannot travel because of not bringing the required documentation.


Any complaint or problem during your holidays should be reported as soon as possible so that we can investigate and rectify your complaint with time. The compensation you may be entitled to could be reduced or you could not receive any depending on the circumstances.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable or pay any compensation if our obligations are affected by any event which we could not foresee or avoid. Events such as war, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural disaster, fire, biological disaster and others are not under our control.


These terms of business are governed by the Spanish law.



Owners must receive their guests in their holiday home to do the check in. Once the guests have done the check in, we will provide their personal information to the host, and vice versa. The owner has to explain the check-out procedure to the guests.  However, guests can contact Mallorca Collection in case of doubts or problems.


The owners will be paid once the guests have made full payment of their booking. That will approximately be 30 days before the check in date.  It will usually take between five or seven business days for the funds to reach your nominated bank account.

We will only make the transfer when the guests have done the full payment, that means that if there is any delay in the guests' payment, it will take more time for the owners to be paid too.

Cancellation Policy

Owners can cancel their bookings but they must notify it to Mallorca Collection as soon as possible for them to search for an alternative holiday home for guests. If the only alternative is more expensive, the owner who has cancelled the booking will pay the difference in per night accommodation charges.

If an owner cancels two bookings in a period of a year, their properties will not appear in our listing anymore.

Breach of Contract

Mallorca Collection can cancel a booking and erase an owner's properties if:

  • The owner has cancelled two bookings in the period of a year
  • The owner has failed to show as arranged with their guests in the check in date
  • Mallorca Collection detects any scam, fraudulent information or direct payment between guests and host.

In such cancellations no payments will be made to the owner.
