World class! Amazing villa, wonderful service and all round, 5star experience!!

We had a WONDERFUL stay at this exceptional slice of heaven! This property has every modern amenity you could wish for alongside gorgeous gardens, beautiful architecture and very comfortable, luxurious furnishings. Difficult to describe this property it is that unique and breathtaking! We also felt very well supprted by our excellent, warm and friendly hosts and incredibly responsive, helpful and “can do” concierge who helped to organize many memorable experiences from wine tastings to outdoor cinema to boat excursions. Just DIVINE!!!

We rented for a second time the very same townhouse in the old town of Palma with Mallorca Collection. We can highly recommend the company, their friendly services and their houses.

Our favorite stay — ever. This house was immaculate and so comfortable for our family to stay in. We will be back!

The villa was the perfect place for our road cycling training camp. The surroundings are stunning, offering ideal conditions for challenging rides, while the accommodation itself provided complete relaxation. The villa’s crew was exceptionally helpful and took great care of us at all times. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome, and every request was handled with great attention to detail. A top-notch location that we highly recommend and would love to visit again.

Claudia was very helpful and professional - a pleasure to work with. And the home we rented was wonderful. Perfect with kids. The one thing that could improve the experience would be to have more driver options at short notice. It is hard when traveling abroad to know exactly when you might need transportation, so I think it could help to have trusted drivers that could be ready on short notice versus having to book way in advance. Otherwise, the experiment all around was great!

I recently rented a villa from Mallorca Collection. The booking process was seamless. I dealt with Claudia who was great! The Villa was clean and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities including a lovely pool, tennis court and Wi-Fi. Customer Service was outstanding. Claudia was available to answer our questions and made our stay enjoyable.

We stayed at the Zaffiro Villa in Port de Soller for our wedding in May this year. It was absolutely beautiful, in a beautiful location between the hills and only a short walk down the hill to the port where there’s bars and restaurants. The villa is just breath taking - a combination of modern and historic! And the staff were so attentive - From start to finish we were well looked after, and our family and friends enjoyed the most special time. We couldn’t have asked for any better - It was everything we dreamed of for our wedding.

Communication was frequent prior to stay and they offered assistance setting up any activity in the area.

Mallorca Collection was very responsive to all my emails and questions. The villa we rented was perfect for our family and friends, the location was ideal, close to Valdemossa, and it was a lovely villa with a spectacular outside setting. The home manager was very helpful, tended to our needs, helped with cleaning, laundry, and cooking too which was wonderful! We would rent a villa from Mallorca Collection anytime and highly recommend them!

The Mallorca Collection team were fantastic. They initially let us visit the house the summer before. After the reservation, a concierge team were availible for all the family requests. Highly recommend for holidays with a peace of mind!

We spent about two weeks over the Easter holidays at this townhouse as a family of 6 with our 4 teenage kids (14-17). We could not have picked a better place. The house is perfectly located in one of the best places in the old town of Palma. Everything … really everything is in a close by walking distance … all the good restaurants, the Mercato Santa Catalina, the cathedral, most museums, all the shops and even the city beach is just a fifteen-minute walk away. We did not need a car. Highly recommended!

In our collective experience (we were 6 guests) we all agree that nothing compared to the Mallorca Collection in terms of genuine hospitality and level of standard. If they had a global network, it would be my one-stop travel source. I give them 6 stars overall. As avid travelers, we have stayed in many European home rentals over the decades, however this was our first trip to Mallorca, and after perusing many different booking venues, I happened upon the Mallorca Collection. First thing noticed was the fine selection of villas that were above and beyond anything I had previously seen, and when we requested the availability for the one of our choice, Mallorca Collection was prompt to respond and graciously facilitated the booking process for us. And their service offerings only got better throughout our entire stay, keeping in touch and following through.

This villa is exceptional. We loved it. Everything was done to a high standard. It's in a perfect position in Deia overlooking the sea and the mountains. Deia is beautiful, so unspoilt, there are great bars and restaurants a short distance away along with great grocery stores. We hired a Berlngo type van and there was no problem in parking it nor manoeuvring it around Deia's narrow streets. Wish we'd booked two weeks now. I totally recommend this villa

We had a wonderful time in Villa Rossegada!! The house is great, with a lovely interior. All the materials used are so beautiful. We were with 8 people and had more than enough space. Each morning we took a 2 minute walk to the bay to take a swim in the sea.

For the second time our family consisting of 3 generations were in the Paramount Townhouse in Palma - we indeed enjoyed it very much and I am sure that we will come back again. A very special thank to Veronika who helped us so much! Kindest regards Hans Peter

The whole team at Mallorca Collection were excellent, very helpful when we required information prior to travel, once we arrived and even when we returned to the UK. The villa owner Caty was so helpful and provided everything we required for a comfortable stay. I would hesitate in using Mallorca Collection again and equally staying at the amazing villa in Santa Margalida.

Great townhouse at a very central location in Mallorca. Beautifully designed and built house which seemed to have been transformed only recently with a charming garden, super pool and great barbecue. Secure parking just next to the house. Service from Mallorcacollection during the stay was very good. Not 5 stars as IKEA kitchen equipment was low quality and could be better for this level of rental price.

Mallorca Collection was, from beginning to end, a real joy to work with. We stumbled across their site while trying to book a villa for a small group of friends travelling for the weekend. They stayed in communication, worked with me on payment options to pay by credit card, and a representative was there with the owner to meet us for check-in on Day 1. I was honestly a little worried because there were not very many reviews available - I really should not have been concerned. Mallorca Collection held our hand and did a really nice job of taking care of us throughout the process. The villa was as promised - looked just like the pictures, and was a really lovely place with truly extraordinary views. If you are like me, an American tourist wondering about this company, I can only relate that our experience was as smooth as can be, and I really do recommend booking through them. They were very communicative via WhatsApp and that went a long way in soothing my concerns.

I have rented twice from mallorca collection and each time has been a pleasure. First time was at the very beginning of the pandemic and when we decided to leave our rental early they refunded us the remainder right away without any questions asked. They have always been super helpful, professional and really take care to give a personal touch.

We absolutely loved our stay in Mallorca at the Doric Villa in Soller. The Mallorca Collection staff especially Veronika provided excellent guidance and our itinerary was perfectly planned. We had 14 people in our group and we enjoyed every minute of it- strolling the town of Soller, hiking in Deia, dinner in Palma, beaches etc. I highly recommend the Doric Villa for a large group and the Mallorca Collection staff as a guide for planning your holiday. We hope to return again soon.
