In the extensive Son Bunyola estate, surrounded by a breathtaking landscape on the picturesque north-western coast of the island, sits this luxury villa, Sa Punta de S'Aguila, which, together with two other superb villas, overlooks the sea, offering unforgattable picture-postcard views.

Built in traditional Majorcan style, with beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, it has been sensitively integrated into the landscape and enjoys panoramic sea and mountain views. The villa can comfortably accommodate 10 adults in five bedrooms, spread over three levels. They all have private bathrooms, Bose speakers and a selection of toiletries. Each room has its own terraced seating area.

The well-proportioned interior space is cosy yet luxurious. The large terrace and open-air dining area will be the ideal place for enjoying dinner or evening cocktails. An inviting heated private pool (15 x 6 metres) completes the atmosphere of blissful relaxation in this luxury accommodation.

  • Eco-tax is not included in price and will be added to the final bill on check out (2,2€/night/adult).

Cancellation
  • If the guest cancels over 60 days in advance, the 30% deposit payment will be kept as cancellation penalty and will not refunded.
  • If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
  • If guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
