About this villa
This luxurious property is specially equipped for five-star stays in one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca. This stone-built villa is full of history as the original turret dates back to the 13th century. The small slotted secret windows would have been used for signalling to similar lookout points in the area to warn of possible attacks.
The villa overlooks the sea and has four bedrooms sleeping up to eight guests. All bedrooms, equipped with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms, are spread over three floors and enjoy fantastic views of the beautiful Majorcan landscape. A bedroom is located in the villa's distinctive turret, with a curving staircase leading to a luxurious bathroom on the lower level.
A sheltered courtyard is at the centre of the house and is the perfect place to relax and find a cosy corner to read a book. Outdoor, the villa enjoys prime spots for relaxing or enjoying leisurely lunches and dinners with breathtaking views of the coastline. A short walk will take you to your own private heated pool.
Son Balagueret is available on a self-catering basis.

House rules

- The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
- It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.
- Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
- Pets are not allowed without authorization
- Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property
Cancellation
- If the guest cancels over 60 days in advance, the 30% deposit payment will be kept as cancellation penalty and will not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
