There are four single rooms and four twin rooms, thoughtfully designed for relaxation. Traditional Mallorcan-style built-in wardrobes complement the carefully chosen bedding and linens. Each room exudes a calm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for rest. The guest wing includes rooms with terrace doors that lead directly to the property’s fruit garden, providing a serene retreat. On this floor, there is also a space that has been converted into a practical office.

On the upper floor, in addition to the four double bedrooms, there is a second comfortable living area, ideal for gatherings and evening relaxation. Large glass windows allow natural light to flood the space, and access to a spacious balcony offers additional seating areas to enjoy the stunning natural surroundings. The finca has seven bathrooms in total: the four bathrooms in the main house feature beautiful Mallorcan tiles and natural stone sinks, each with its own color theme—two in earthy tones, one in soft pink, and one in calming green. The three bathrooms in the guest wing have a modern design, with microcement finishes, built-in features, and stone sinks, creating a minimalist, elegant atmosphere. All bathrooms are equipped with brass taps and showers, adding a timeless touch.

Set on a spacious 17,000 m² plot, Finca Elba is surrounded by the natural beauty of Mallorca’s countryside, with ancient almond trees and a well-kept garden that blends seamlessly with the landscape. The finca's vegetable garden yields fresh, organic produce, while the fruit trees, brimming with lemons, limes, apricots, and oranges, further enrich the property.
