Price

Electric cars incur a supplement of 10€/day (The property does not have an electric car charger).

Guests are kindly requested to dispose of their garbage at the designated recycling points. Failure to comply will result in a €190 charge, which will be deducted from the security deposit. For guests without a rental vehicle or those who prefer not to handle this task, we offer an exclusive waste collection service, which must be booked prior to the start of the stay. The following rates apply:

Short stays (up to 3 nights): €50 — includes 1 collection
Medium stays (4 or 5 nights): €100 — includes 2 collections
Long stays (1 week): €150 — includes 3 collections

For groups without a rental car, booking this service is mandatory. If not arranged in advance, a last-day waste collection will incur a €190 charge.

Refundable damage deposit

This property has a security damage deposit of 1.500€. This amount will be charged with your payment and refunded between 2 and 7 days after check-out.

Outdoor fire is forbidden from May to October.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property

Pool towels provided are for the exclusive use of the villa and cannot be taken to the beach.

Cancellation

If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, they will receive a refund of 25% of the deposit payment.
If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
