About this villa

The Can Nou 18 townhouse offers visitors the perfect blend of traditional rustic charm, elegant contemporary styling and 21st-century comforts. It’s set on the outskirts of Consell, a small and quaint town towards the centre of Mallorca. Together with the neighbouring Can Nou 20, the property has been owned by the same family since 1852 and is very much part of Consell’s historical heritage.
Interiors beautifully combine the old and new, with exposed stone walls contrasting elegantly with crisp white panelling, cool tiled floors and modern designer furnishings. The main living area is a bright, open-plan space with plenty of comfy seating, a dining table and a kitchen. From here, two big glass doors open out to a lovely long secluded garden brimming with scented
Mediterranean flora. You’ll find a seven-metre-long swimming pool to cool off in too, together with sun loungers to flop onto to dry off after a dip. A sun-dappled dining table also makes for a lovely spot for breakfast or long lingering lunches, plus there’s a barbecue area if you prefer your cooking alfresco. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen offers the latest appliances, including a Nespresso machine. You can also count on speedy wi-fi throughout the house, a smart TV, and a Bluetooth speaker to help set the mood with your holiday playlists.

The villa offers three sun-filled double bedrooms, sleeping up to six guests and one infant. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, while the other two are found on the upper floor with views across the scenic countryside. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and provide ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers.

When you want to enjoy the charms of Consell, you’ll find its cluster of bars and restaurants just five minutes’ stroll away. If you’re hoping to explore further afield, the villa offers private and secure parking. An electric charging station here also means it’s much easier to discover the island with an eco-friendly electric car.

Things to know about Can Nou 18

Detached house adjacent to Can Nou 20. Both houses are connected by a gate at the end of the gardens. It remains closed unless both houses are occupied by the same family or group, which asks for it to be opened.

Can Nou 18 only accepts Saturday-Saturday bookings from April to October. Flexible from November to March.

Getting around

Consell is one of the charming towns that make up the Raiguer area of Mallorca, which includes the towns at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana from Palma to the center of the island. This region is famous for its many wine cellars, its wonderful views of the mountains and its easy access to the highway that connects the South with the North of Mallorca, from Palma to Alcudia.

  • The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
  • It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.
  • Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
  • Outdoor fire is forbidden from May to October.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the property
  • Pets are not allowed
  • No parties or events
  • Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
  • No loud noise after 11.00pm
  • It is mandatory to follow the correct separation of rubbish and deposit it correctly in the appropriate containers in the house car park. In case of non-conformity, penalties may be applied and the amount will be deducted from the deposit.
  • Access to the private car park is provided for two vehicles only during the entire period of the stay. Access is not permitted for more than two vehicles per property. Access is by means of a code that is not transferable to third parties.
  • The client commits to facilitate a peaceful coexistence, respecting the physical integrity of the property, making a normal and reasonable use of the furniture and equipment provided (heating/air conditioning, electrical appliances, etc.). It is forbidden to modify air conditioning machines, thermostats, water heaters, swimming pool machines, etc. All the equipment in the house is programmed to temperatures, schedules, etc. that establish the quality and environmental standards, as well as for the correct functioning of the equipment.


  • If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
  • If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
  • If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
