About this villa
This elegantly updated grand residence offers the perfect feel of rural holiday stay vibe but is located on the edge of the small town of Consell. It belongs to a Mallorcan family with roots here going back generations. They’ve carried out a top-to-toe renovation maintaining much of the property’s historic charm and adding elegant light-filled spaces and minimalist contemporary styling. Neighbouring Can Nou Gran has been similarly redone, so ideal for bigger groups looking to stay close to each other.
Traditional elements like exposed stone and wood beams combine beautifullywith crisp white walls and elegant designer furnishings. The principal living area is a bright, open-plan space with dining, cooking and lounging areas. From here, a pair of big glass doors open directly to an extensive terrace area and gardens lined with manicured lawn and dotted with fruit trees.
A wood deck surrounds a lovely eight-metre pool, great for both cooling off or just floating about to the tinkling of its small waterfall. There are poolside loungers to soak up the sun afterwards, or sail-style canopies to sit under in the shade. An outdoor dining area also makes the perfect spot for sun-kissed meals, plus there’s a barbecue if you like to cook with coal. A kitchen comes fully equipped with all mod cons, including a Nespresso machine. Other tech includes fibre-optic wi-fi, a smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker for your holiday playlists.
The villa offers four double bedrooms, sleeping up to eight guests and one infant. All of the rooms boast lovely views over the gardens and land beyond, together with air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers.
The centre of Consell, with its collection of traditional bars and restaurants, is just a short stroll away. If you’ve hired a car to explore further afield – Palma is less than 20 minutes away – the villa also offers private, secure parking. If you’re renting an eco-friendly electric vehicle, an electric charging station here makes it extra convenient too.

Consell is one of the charming towns that make up the Raiguer area of Mallorca, which includes the towns at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana from Palma to the center of the island. This region is famous for its many wine cellars, its wonderful views of the mountains and its easy access to the highway that connects the South with the North of Mallorca, from Palma to Alcudia.

It is mandatory to follow the correct separation of rubbish and deposit it correctly in the appropriate containers in the house car park. In case of non-conformity, penalties may be applied and the amount will be deducted from the deposit.
The client commits to facilitate a peaceful coexistence, respecting the physical integrity of the property, making a normal and reasonable use of the furniture and equipment provided (heating/air conditioning, electrical appliances, etc.). It is forbidden to modify air conditioning machines, thermostats, water heaters, swimming pool machines, etc. All the equipment in the house is programmed to temperatures, schedules, etc. that establish the quality and environmental standards, as well as for the correct functioning of the equipment.
Cancellation
If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
