Sa Terra Rotja is one of three luxurious holiday villas set amidst 800 acres of gorgeous landscape that characterises the unspoilt coastline between Deià and Banyalbufar.
Sa Terra Rotja is a charming traditional Majorcan stone villa with a tiled roof, painted shutters and views of the Mediterranean Sea from all the well-appointed rooms. Each of the four bedrooms has a private marble bathroom and all the amenities one would expect from a luxury property. The manicured exterior also offers a large 15-metre heated swimming pool.
Classic continental interiors and valuable art collections by local artists give the villa a homely and comfortable atmosphere. From the modern chef's kitchen to the villa's common areas, such as the elegant dining room and lounges, everything has been designed for unforgettable family holidays and to appreciate the beauty of the Mediterranean from the tranquillity of your own villa.
Spilling out onto a grand porch and terrace, interior and exterior spaces blend seamlessly. The outdoor dining area and lounge are shaded and breezy, with a hammock for afternoon siestas. The pool sparkles below the terrace with chaises longues and a convenient outdoor kitchen. On the property is a full-size tennis court and access to a private pebble beach.

The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.
Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
Pets are not allowed without authorization
Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property
Cancellation
If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (30% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
