Cancellation
If the guest cancels over 60 days in advance, the 25% deposit payment will be kept as cancellation penalty and will not refunded.
If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
If guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
