Regarding the common areas, the villa has a high-quality kitchen together with an outdoor terrace where you can dine alfresco or fire up barbecues. This terrace enjoys unique views of Puerto de Soller and the mountains that surround it. Its sliding glass windows also helps brings the outside atmosphere inside.

The private garage has space for two cars. The entrance to the property is by an automatic gate. The street is for residents only.

  • The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
  • Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the property
  • Pets are not allowed without authorization

Cancellation
  • If the guest cancels more than 30 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
  • If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
  • If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
