About this villa
This exquisite luxury villa with eight bedrooms (plus a pool suite and a Olive Grove Studio & Suite, both at extra cost) is located in the picturesque valley of Soller. It's nestled in 50 acres of olive grove and verdant terraces that offer panoramic views from numerous vantage points.
Villa Olivera is a traditional and quiet Mallorcan finca with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful views with multiple places to dine in. You can relax with a book, hold a family event, or host a wedding for up to 60 people as this villa combines privacy with the historic value of an oil press now used as a dining room.
There is also a yoga studio and tennis court on the property. While the property’s restoration has added touches of modern luxury, it hasn’t lost any of its traditional architectural charm. We can find eight bedrooms in its main villa and one in a pool suite. Each of the main house bedrooms has a double bed and ensuite bathroom, and many have lounge areas or terrace access.
The pool suite has a double bed and ensuite bathroom, as well as a lounge area and kitchenette that make it a wonderful retreat for a couple seeking honeymoon-style privacy.
The house is licensed to sleep up to 18 people, including children and babies, so, this is the maximum capacity of the villa.

The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property

No parties or events
Cancellation
If the guest cancels over 90 days in advance, the 30% deposit payment will be kept as cancellation penalty and will not refunded.
If the guest cancels less than 90 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
If guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
