Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 30 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
