This modern and stylish villa has been revonveted recently. It's located in the exclusive neighborhood of Nova Santa Ponsa near the luxury marina of Port Adriano and the large sandy beach of Santa Ponsa. The property is ideal for the sunny days in summer, you can enjoy the wonderful covered and open terraces, a courtyard open to one side with a large dining table and well-kept lawns surrounding the pool. 

In a few minutes by car you can reach the centre of the village, the Philippe Starck Design harbour Port Adriano or many sandy beaches in the area. The island's capital Palma is about 25 minutes away by car and the airport is about 30-40 minutes away, depending on traffic.

The property has very nice lawns and chill out areas on the covered terraces. A Weber gas barbecue is also available.

One bedroom is a separately accessible apartment that can also serve as staff accommodation.

Arrival on Saturday or Sunday; shorter stays or arrivals on other days are on request and possible only by agreement

You can request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do its best to accommodate any request according to availability.

House rules
  • Children welcome (1-12 years)
  • The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
  • It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.
  • Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
  • Pets are not allowed
  • No loud noise after 11.00pm
  • Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the property

Cancellation
  • If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
  • If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
  • If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
