Cancellation
  • If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (50% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
  • If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
  • If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
