About this villa
Tamarell Villa is an exclusive luxury villa, sitting in a privileged coastal position in a quiet residential area called Mal Pas, with its marina, atmospheric restaurants and beautiful beaches an easy stroll away. It has spacious indoor and outdoor spaces. A private lawned garden next to an inviting infinity pool with stunning sea views.
The villa offers stylish living spaces, from the main entrance you will be welcomed by a large, bright hall. On the right is a comfortable study with direct access to the gardens while on the left is the first of the five bedrooms, a twin with two four-poster beds and an en-suite shower room. From the entrance hall, an elegant hallway with staircases leads up to the first floor and to lower ground floor. A full equipped modern kitchen can be found near the sea-view dining room that togheter with two other living spaces give easy access to the main terrace and the pool area via flool-to ceiling doors. Wide sliding doors one on either side of the dining room, allow spaces to be joined or separated at will. The whole house features high-quality contemporary furnishings and a serene, airy ambience.
The first floor provides access to the four remaining double bedrooms, all with its en-suite shower room, a couple with access to a shared terrace looking out the sea and others to a terrace with garden views. From this floor a flight of stairs bring you to the roof-top terrace with its impressive views. On a clear day, one can see Menorca’s coastline
The basement, which is accessed by a staircase from the central hall, offers a really large and well-equipped gymnasium, a sauna, a Turkish bath, a toilet and shower room, a cinema room with a 90" TV and a surround sound system, and a temperature-controlled wine cellar.
The outdoor living at Mal Pas is the terrace that stretches along the sea-facing façade of the house, its space boasting wonderful views out to sea and across the Badia de Pollença to Cap de Formentor. Spectacular views that can also be enjoyed while swimming in the infinity pool. A confortable overflow swimming pool that has a counter current system perfect for swim training.
A path leads down from the pool area and through the terraced gardens to a gate, from where a gentle 150-metre stroll takes to the limpid waters of the Badia de Pollença, a stretch of rocky coastline and the sandy beaches of Sant Pere and Sant Joan.
Access
The entrance to the house is from the road through an electric gate onto a manicured lawn that leads to this beautiful 3-storey Mediterranean-style villa. There is sufficient space to park a few cars.

- One small supermarket 5 mins walk away. Alcúdia is a 2km-walk away (about 25mins).

Location
The Neighborhood
Mal Pas is an exclusive and peaceful residential area 3 kilometers away from the well known town of Alcudia. Here we can find nice beaches, a little marina and some restaurants. One of the beaches is Sant Joan Beach, a lovely beach of sand and rocks 5 minutes walking from the villa.
Next to its neighbor, the Beach of Sant Pere, are the only two existing beaches in this rocky area and isolated from the coast of Alcúdia. You can walk between the beaches without problems enjoying the cozy surroundings of the area.
This area is known by locals as "Sa Punta de Manresa", where the vast majority of the beaches are rocky, with the exception of those specified above. Both beaches have spectacular views of Pollença Bay and Cap de Formentor.
Alcúdia is a town in the north of Mallorca of very old origins, part of its urban center is walled, it has a Roman theater and the remains of the Roman city of Pollentia. The port of Alcúdia is the ideal place to rest and enjoy summer leisure, thanks to its kilometer beaches, sports facilities for pleasure boats, magnificent promenade and nightlife areas and drinks.

- Outdoor fire is forbidden from May to October.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property
- Pets are not allowed without authorization
- Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
- No loud noise after 11.00pm
Cancellation
- If the guest cancels over 60 days in advance, the 50% deposit payment will be kept as cancellation penalty and will not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
