The Neighborhood
Gènova is a residential area on the outskirts of Palma, situated a walking distance to Cala Major beach, very close by car to the main shops and restaurants, and easily accessible to the city centre. Gènova is definitely a well-suited location for foodies, as you will find some of the most popular restaurants in the island a stone’s throw away, and well-known for their traditional cuisine. After enjoying an exquisite meal, if you fancy some hiking, you can access Na Buguesa hill on foot and get be wowed by the fabulous views over the city of Palma and its harbour.

- All beaches in Palma are within 10 minutes by car, including Calanova, Cala Major and Illetes

House rules

- The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
- It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.
- Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
- Pets are not allowed without authorization
- Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property
To ensure a relaxing stay for all guests, please note the following:
- Villa Zenora is set within a tranquil residential neighborhood, where peace and privacy are highly valued. For this reason, outdoor music is not permitted at any time, and parties or events cannot be hosted at the property.
- Guests are welcome to enjoy al fresco dining until 11:00 p.m., after which we kindly ask that gatherings continue indoors.
- The villa accommodates a maximum of 10 guests, including any daytime visitors.
- Please note that a friendly resident cat lives on the outdoor terrace, so the property may not be suitable for guests with cat allergies.
- For everyone’s safety, For everyone’s safety, diving or jumping into the pool is strictly prohibited.
- Unprotected/not fenced swimming pool: children must not be unattended at the swimming pool at any time; they should always be supervised by an adult.
Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
