Located in the vibrant La Lonja area of Palma’s historic center, the townhouse offers immediate access to the city’s best features. The marina-front promenade is just two minutes away, placing you in the perfect starting point for exploring the historic center, including the iconic La Seu, the Gothic Roman Catholic cathedral begun under the rule of King James I of Aragon in 1229.
The property is thoughtfully distributed across four floors:
Ground Floor: A large private parking garage with space for two small cars, providing valuable convenience in the city center.
First Floor: A modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated dining room, and a cozy living room illuminated by large glass windows.
Second Floor (Sleeping Area): The primary sleeping quarters, where simple white walls are accented with bright splashes of color. This floor includes the master bedroom with an incredible ensuite bathroom, as well as two double bedrooms configured with twin beds (two separate single beds) that share a well-appointed bathroom.
Third Floor (Entertainment & Terrace): A second living room featuring a fireplace and access to a lovely terrace.
The terrace is an idyllic space to enjoy with family and friends, perfect for barbecues or a quiet glass of wine while admiring the picturesque streets of Palma. The townhouse also includes modern entertainment amenities, such as Apple TV with Amazon TV, ensuring relaxation is always within reach.
Guests have full use of a convenient garage in the building. However, we recommend renting a smaller car, as the street leading to the garage is quite narrow.
The house is located in La Lonja, in the historic center of Palma, well known for its wide range of restaurants, bars, and nightlife. It is a vibrant area with an active nighttime atmosphere.

We rented for a second time the very same townhouse in the old town of Palma with Mallorca Collection. We can highly recommend the company, their friendly services and their houses.
We spent about two weeks over the Easter holidays at this townhouse as a family of 6 with our 4 teenage kids (14-17). We could not have picked a better place. The house is perfectly located in one of the best places in the old town of Palma. Everything … really everything is in a close by walking distance … all the good restaurants, the Mercato Santa Catalina, the cathedral, most museums, all the shops and even the city beach is just a fifteen-minute walk away. We did not need a car. Highly recommended!
This is an amazing place, and the management company was super attentive and friendly.
La Llotja district is one of the best-positioned neighbourhoods of the city of Palma. Within a few minutes on foot, you will find the picturesque cathedral, and the narrow streets of the old town, known in Spanish as ‘El Casco Antiguo’. There's a real pleasure to be had in simply wandering the medieval streets and seeing where they lead you. Urbanites will doubtless feel like a fish in water!
