The Neighborhood
Deià is one of the prettiest villages on the island. Set at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, where the sea meets the mountains, Deià has long been a magnet for famous painters, writers and other artists – most notably the writer Robert Graves. The hilltop church and cemetery is a particularly magical spot, from where you have the best views over the scenic surroundings. This is also the place where writer Robert Graves was laid to rest.

House rules
- The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
- It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.
- Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
- Pets are not allowed
- No parties or events
- Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property
- Outdoor fire is forbidden.
Cancellation
- If the guest cancels over 60 days in advance, the 25% deposit payment will be kept as cancellation penalty and will not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
