The sense of hospitality in this little town, with its selection of excellent restaurants, bars and cafés, immediately strikes you. It is worth taking a stroll, appreciating the old stone houses nestled in narrow alleys or enjoying some of the best hiking trails on the island. The pretty little bay of 'Cala Deia' offers crystal-clear waters for swimming and on the coast just off Deia is 'Sa Foradada', one of the best place to admire a spectacular sunset.

- The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
- It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.
- Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property
- Pets are not allowed
- No parties or events
- Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
- No loud noise after 11.00pm
Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (30% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
