About this villa

This elegantly renovated traditional townhouse is located on the edge of the quaint town of Consell and is very much part of its historical heritage. The same family Mallorcan has owned the property since the 1850s, and they have updated its rustic charm with smart contemporary styling, designer touches and modern comforts. Neighbouring Can Nou 18 has been similarly renovated, and larger groups can rent both properties together.
A palette of calming tones continues throughout the home’s interiors, with exposed stone contrasting elegantly with crisp white walls and elegant contemporary furnishings. The main living area is a bright, open-plan space with a dining table, a kitchen and a comfy lounging corner. From here, two big glass doors open out to a lovely long garden filled with fragrant local flora.
When you’re ready for a dip, you’ll find a seven-metre-long pool to swim in, plus poolside loungers to dry off on afterwards. A semi-shaded dining area also makes for a peaceful spot for meals, plus there’s a charcoal barbecue if you like to cook alfresco. Inside, the kitchen comes fully equipped with the latestappliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine. Fibre-optic wi-fi means a speedy connection throughout, plus there’s a smart TV and a mobile Bluetooth speaker to set the holiday mood.
The villa offers three double bedrooms, sleeping up to six guests and one infant. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, while the other two are found on the upper floor with views over the pretty surroundings. All bedrooms come with air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers.
It’s just a short stroll into the centre of Consell, where you’ll find a collection of traditional bars and restaurants. If you’ve hired a car to explore further afield – Palma is less than 20 minutes away – the villa also offers private and secure parking. A charging station here also means it’s extra convenient to hire an eco-friendly electric vehicle.

Detached house adjacent to Can Nou 18. Both houses are connected by a gate at the end of the gardens. It remains closed unless both houses are occupied by the same family or group, which asks for it to be opened.

Can Nou 18 only accepts Saturday-Saturday bookings from April to October. Flexible from November to March.

Getting around

Consell is one of the charming towns that make up the Raiguer area of Mallorca, which includes the towns at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana from Palma to the center of the island. This region is famous for its many wine cellars, its wonderful views of the mountains and its easy access to the highway that connects the South with the North of Mallorca, from Palma to Alcudia.

House rules

  • The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
  • It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.
  • Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
  • Outdoor fire is forbidden from May to October.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the property
  • Pets are not allowed
  • No parties or events
  • Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
  • No loud noise after 11.00pm
  • It is mandatory to follow the correct separation of rubbish and deposit it correctly in the appropriate containers in the house car park. In case of non-conformity, penalties may be applied and the amount will be deducted from the deposit.
  • Access to the private car park is provided for two vehicles only during the entire period of the stay. Access is not permitted for more than two vehicles per property. Access is by means of a code that is not transferable to third parties.
  • The client commits to facilitate a peaceful coexistence, respecting the physical integrity of the property, making a normal and reasonable use of the furniture and equipment provided (heating/air conditioning, electrical appliances, etc.). It is forbidden to modify air conditioning machines, thermostats, water heaters, swimming pool machines, etc. All the equipment in the house is programmed to temperatures, schedules, etc. that establish the quality and environmental standards, as well as for the correct functioning of the equipment.


  • If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
  • If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
  • If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
