This luxury villa is located close to the turquoise beach Sa Font de Sa Cala in Capdepera, making for some amazing sea views. Enjoy its spectacular terrace and garden as if sailing on a ship in the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean.The house offers direct access from the garden to the crystal clear waters. Vintage-style decor and interior design add to the villa's welcoming vibe.
This villa is built across two floors, with the street level extending to a beautiful garden where the entrance of the house is found. This pretty entrance leads directly to a large, bright living room. The indoor and outdoor spaces are connected by large sliding glass windows. You can enjoy the beautiful sea views from the large living room and have access to the villa's front terrace too.
What's more, in the living room is a large fireplace and in the dining area, closer to the newly renovated kitchen, is a large dining table. The bedrooms are found on the first floor and on the ground floor, and all of them have large windows that provide incredible views of the seascape. One of the bedrooms also has a private terrace!

Spending your holidays here will provide you with total privacy and tranquillity since this holiday rental gives access to a cove. Being built almost on the seafront, you will be surrounded by wonderful views which you will especially appreciate from the terrace.
