From the garden gate, you can also reach the rocky shore, perfect for a refreshing swim in the sea at any time of day. 

The villa sits on a private plot with well-maintained gardens. There are mature pine trees at the front and an open garden area at the back, creating a sense of privacy and peace. At the front, a large terrace with sea views and a covered porch offer wonderful views of the Mediterranean. The first master bedroom (27 sqm) has a fireplace, sea views, and access to a private terrace.It shares an en suite bathroom with an adjacent double room overlooking the garden, with direct internal access to the shared bathroom, an ideal layout for families, particularly parents traveling with children.  A second master bedroom, also 27 sqm, is located on the same level and enjoys expansive sea views, a ceiling fan, a walk-in closet, and a private en suite bathroom. Another double bedroom opens to a large terrace with panoramic sea views, and shares a bathroom with a garden-facing room.  Together, these rooms form a versatile and well-appointed sleeping area, ideally suited to families or groups seeking both comfort and privacy.
