This traditional Mallorcan villa is a spacious and elegant home built with the distinctive architecture of the island. The interior is decorated in a classic Mediterranean style, with warm colors and natural materials, and with large windows that allow plenty of natural light to flow into the home offering panoramic breathtaking views.

Entering through the front door of the house you will find the lounge and dining room which offer a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the wonderful views of the house. The kitchen is well equipped and has direct access to the rear gardens and the terrace where the swimming pool is located. 

On the upper floors are the bedrooms and a room perfect for study, work or relaxation. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and dressing room. 

In addition, in the basement floor of the villa there is a games room with wonderful sea views. Cala Llamp villa can be accessed by car and has parking.

The Neighborhood

Cala Llamp is an exclusive neigbourhood set on a hill with sea views and wonderful sunsets. This location has also easy access to Puerto Andratx, one of the most glamorous marinas in the Mediterranean. In Cala Llamp there is a nice beach club with a restaurant and a front-line pool with sun loungers.

You can request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do its best to accommodate any request according to availability.

House rules
  • Pets allowed upon authorization
  • The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
  • It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.
  • Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the property
  • No loud noise after 11.00pm
  • Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
  • Outdoor fire is forbidden from May to October.
  • It's totally prohibited to have barbecues during July and August

Cancellation
  • If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
  • If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
  • If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
