Bendinat is a residential area by the sea, close to the centre of Palma, which is only 15 minutes away by car. It's a 20 minute drive from the airport and five minutes from one of Mallorca's most modern marinas, Puerto Portals. You'll find sandy beaches nearby and easy access to some lovely restaurants, shops and beach clubs.

House rules

- The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
- Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
- No parties or events
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property
- There is no maximum occupancy limit during stay.
- Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed without authorization
Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 30 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of 50% of the deposit payment will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
- For cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before the reservation, there will be a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the total cost.
- If the cancellation occurs within 29 days of the reservation, a cancellation charge equal to 100% of the total cost will apply.
