- The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
- Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the property
- There is no maximum occupancy limit during stay.
- Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed without authorization
Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (30% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
