About this villa
This modern four-bedroom villa begins with a beautiful garden and an impressive pool with near-perfect views of the nearby sea. The pool is surrounded by comfy pool chairs, an outdoor sofa to relax in and a stone wall with classic wooden benches to soak the sun in after a satisfying swim. The villa is located right next to the sea with access to two spectacular beaches: Sant Pere and Sant Joan beach.
Inside, the villa has a large spacious living area that consists of a stylishly designed living room with designer couches facing the TV and a fitted stone wall – a relaxed area to hang out with friends and family. A large sliding window door gives the living room great natural lighting and stunning views from the living room, but it also leads to the breathtaking balcony where one can fully appreciate the beauty of the surroundings. The balcony features two sofas to relax on and a dining table to indulge in the best treats while enjoying the finest views. An open fully-equipped kitchen is found next to the living room and it allows you to feel fully at home, cooking your favourite dishes with the Mediterranean next door.
The four bedrooms are located on the first floor, all enjoying beautiful views of the sea and one of them comes with a private terrace. The rooms are spacious and well lit with well thought out designing maximizing your comfort and guaranteeing that you have a memorable stay.

Location
The Neighborhood
The locals know this area as "Sa Punta de Manresa", where the vast majority of the beaches are rocky, with the exception of Sant Joan and Sant Pere. Both beaches have spectacular views of the bay of Pollença and Cap de Formentor. Alcúdia is a town in the northeast of Mallorca with very ancient origins, part of its urban centre is walled, it has a Roman theatre and the remains of the Roman city of Pollentia. The port of Alcúdia is the ideal place to relax and enjoy summer leisure, thanks to its kilometres of beaches, sports facilities for pleasure boats, a magnificent promenade and nightlife and drinking areas.

House rules

- The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
- It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.
- Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property
- Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed
Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (50% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
