What is your cancellation policy?

If you want to cancel your booking you must notify your cancellation with a written statement (by email) or you could also call us. Your cancellation will only be effective when you have received a confirmation email by us. Usually, you can cancel up until a week before of the expected arrival date and you will receive a reimbursement of the 50% although it might vary depending on the property.
