Built in 1955 and beautifully preserved, Villa Seldiana is a holiday home full of history and Mediterranean soul. Surrounded by native pine trees and offering breathtaking views over the picturesque Port d'Andratx, this charming property is a true family retreat. While it steps away from ultra-modern luxury, it more than makes up for it with its authentic character, warm atmosphere, and an top location just a short walk from the marina and local restaurants.
The interiors retain their traditional essence, offering a cozy and welcoming environment for up to nine guests. The main living areas are bright and comfortable, opening up to the generous outdoor spaces. The classic-style kitchen, while retaining its original vintage charm, is fully equipped with holiday essentials including a fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. A convenient guest toilet is also located on the main floor.
The bedroom layout at Villa Seldiana is uniquely suited for families, offering a variety of spaces. The main house features a comfortable master bedroom with a large double bed and an en suite bathroom, alongside another twin bedroom with its own en suite. Ideal for families with young children, there are two connecting bedrooms (featuring four single beds in total) that share a family bathroom, creating a perfect private family wing. Another en suite bedroom is conveniently located next to the kitchen.
The true highlight of Seldiana lies in its wonderful outdoor spaces. The front of the property offers a large, open area that creates a wonderful sense of space while maximizing the impressive harbor views. At the upper level of the estate, you will find a fantastic private swimming pool area, complete with a convenient outdoor bathroom. Right next to the pool, a dedicated barbecue and al fresco dining space provide the perfect setting to relax and enjoy long summer meals.

Things to know about Villa Seldiana
- Next to the pool, there is a marked area that should not be stepped on, as it is the roof of the main house. Please keep an eye on the children to make sure they don't cross over onto that side.

House rules

- The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
- Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
- No parties or events
- No loud noise after 11.00pm
- Outdoor fire is forbidden from May to October.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property
- Pets are not allowed without authorization
Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
