The deluxe property is perched on the top of a hill in Puerto de Andratx. Its sense of privacy and tranquillity is unrivalled as it is located in a protected area shared with just a few exclusive neighbouring villas. Villa Mar y Luz makes the most of its views, from both inside and out, thanks to large windows lining the facade.
The outdoor terrace is the main highlight of the property with a covered outdoor dining space equipped with a gas barbecue. On a lower terrace, you reach the pool and parasol-shaded seating area. It's a magical place to continue enjoying the views while you cool off in the pool.
The cosy and warm interior makes you feel at home from the first moment you enter the villa. The property was completely refurbished to a high-end finish. It has five double bedrooms, each one with an ensuite bathroom, and all of them taking full advantage of the views. On the ground floor you find a bedroom with access to the pool, the fully-equipped kitchen and the living room. It's also equipped with a spa and fitness area.
Things to know about Villa Mar y Luz
You can reach the harbour and the town of Puerto Andratx, with its numerous restaurants and boutiques, within five minutes by car.
The sandy beach and the golf course of Camp de Mar are about 15 minutes by road, and Palma can be reached in about 40 minutes.

House rules
The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.
Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.

Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property
Cancellation
If the guest cancels over 60 days in advance, the 30% deposit payment will be kept as cancellation penalty and will not refunded.
If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
If guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
