About this villa

Nestled in the unspoiled southeast of Mallorca, near the picturesque port of Portocolom, The Relic Villa is a beautifully restored 14th-century estate originally built as a traditional farmhouse. Surrounded by olive groves, citrus trees, and sweeping views of the countryside and sea, the property blends historic charm with refined elegance, offering an exclusive setting for leisure retreats, corporate stays, and private events.

Spanning over 4,800 m² across three floors, the estate has been carefully restored to preserve its original Mallorcan architecture, including shaded porches, traditional patios, stone façades, and graceful arches that echo centuries of history. The 20 suites and double rooms, each uniquely named and individually styled, feature private lounges, terraces, or balconies with stunning views of the sea or the nearby Castell de Santueri. Accommodating up to 40 guests, each room offers a high level of comfort, privacy, and character, many with en suite bathrooms and lounge spaces designed to enhance the guest experience. 

Upon entering the ground floor through a charming central patio, guests are welcomed into the library or led to three beautifully appointed bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. One of these is fully adapted for guests with reduced mobility. From this patio, two staircases ascend to the main floor. Also on the ground level is a dramatic vaulted lounge, alongside two guest restrooms. Just beyond lies the estate’s former chapel, now transformed into a versatile multi-purpose room, perfect for conferences or private functions, with direct access from the south façade.

Ascending the elegant “D’es Señor” staircase, guests reach the first floor, home to the main communal spaces. In the south wing, all rooms enjoy panoramic views, including a grand living room with fireplace and bar, a generous dining area. The dining room opens onto a spectacular terrace with alfresco dining and lounge spaces, offering breathtaking views. This floor also hosts a luxurious double suite with en suite bathroom and private lounge with fireplace, as well as two more rooms, each with a private lounge,sharing a bathroom. In the north wing, two additional suites also feature private lounges and en two bathrooms. The top floor is reserved for the additional accommodations.

Outdoors, the serene pool area, surrounded by lush greenery and natural shade is perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, or socializing. Multiple terraces around the property provide lovely views on the island, while the working olive grove and orchard add an authentic touch of Mallorcan countryside living.

The surrounding region is dotted with charming villages that have preserved the island’s traditional lifestyle. Winding rural roads lead to quaint fishing harbors such as Portocolom, Porto Petro, and Cala d'Or, along with nearby beaches and coves including Cala Marçal, Cala Sa Nau, Cala Ferrera, Cala Mondragó, and Es Trenc. The Vall d'Or Golf Course is just 3 km away. There are two meeting rooms available, they can be reserved for an additional fee of 250€/day each. The new meeting room with 50 m2 has a large screen and two double-sided erasable treads.

The hiring of a private chef is mandatory for this villa. The proposal from the resident chef, who works exclusively with this villa, will be provided. The chef, who typically works exclusively with this estate, is responsible for managing supplies, preparing food and beverages, and ensuring that the kitchens and used areas are left clean and tidy, as they were found. Please note that the cleaning service does not cover the kitchen or utensils, which remain the responsibility of the private chef.  

For any stay at the villa, a mandatory cleaning fee of €75 per day will apply if guests use the first-floor kitchen independently. Please note that the professional chef’s kitchen is available for use only by a contracted chef.

This property has a security damage deposit of 3.500€. This amount will be charged with your payment and refunded between 2 and 7 days after check-out.
