Opal Villa is a large, spacious and beautifully refurbished property in Pollensa, offering the perfect combination of contemporary comfort, privacy and a fantastic location. Set in a peaceful residential area at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains, the villa is surrounded by beautiful countryside while remaining within walking distance of Pollensa’s charming old town. The stunning beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa are just a ten-minute drive away.
The villa sleeps up to 10 guests in five spacious en-suite double bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The bedrooms are distributed across both floors, with one bedroom on the ground floor and four on the first floor. The upper floor also features a bright sitting room, office and sun room, providing additional areas to relax and unwind while enjoying views of the garden, pool and mountains.
On the ground floor, the spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining area forms the heart of the home. The fully equipped kitchen has a central island with additional seating, while the dining area can accommodate up to 12 guests. Large windows and direct access to the terrace create a wonderful indoor-outdoor flow, making this an ideal space for spending time together.
Outside, the villa offers a large private landscaped garden with plenty of space to relax in the Mediterranean sunshine. The refurbished heated swimming pool measures 11 x 4 metres and enjoys beautiful mountain views. Around the pool, guests can make use of the sun loungers, double daybed and various shaded areas, while a separate chill-out area and hammock provide peaceful spots to unwind.
A spacious covered terrace overlooking the pool features a built-in barbecue and bar area, a large chill-out sofa and table tennis. Beyond this, a beautiful pergola provides a shaded setting for al fresco dining, with a large table seating up to 20 people. Whether enjoying a leisurely breakfast, a family lunch or drinks in the evening, this is a particularly inviting area of the villa.
