This delightful holiday home is a serene oasis, full of the rhythms and soothing melodies of nature. From the inviting outdoor spaces, endless vistas stretch across the sprawling countryside.
Upon entering through a private gate, guests are greeted by an outdoor area with counter-current swimming pool 5m*4m, the lawn area and the outdoor BBQ zone with views of the countryside. A small terrace stretches out giving a sense of continuity with the surrounding landscape.
As you enter, the heart of the villa is the lovingly decorated lounge/diner, with large windows and glass roof filling the room with natural light and connecting the inside with the outside. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, as well as a convenient breakfast nook. It is connected to a comfortable outdoor space and the laundry area.
The villa has three cosy double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each guest can enjoy their own comfortable space to rest and unwind after a day of exploration or relaxation.

House rules

- The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
- It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.
- Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property
- No parties or events
- Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
- Outdoor fire is forbidden from May to October.
Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
