Offering a comfortable pool area with multiple terraces with striking sea views, Casa Blanca Vistamar is located in Font de Sa Cala holiday resort and is just 10 minutes' walk to a lovely sandy beach.
Font de Sa Cala is a residential area next to a holiday resort where you will find everything you need for a pleasant crowd-free summer. In addition, this villa has unique privacy in the exterior and interior areas since it is located on a hillside surrounded by nature.
The four bedrooms are located on the first floor, a short distance from the kitchen, dining room, and living room. From the common areas you have access to terraces with views of the sea and the large pool terrace. Here trees provide a pleasant shade, mixed with the sea breeze. So that you can fully enjoy the sunshine, the villa has different outdoor seating areas, including facilities for barbecues and alfresco dining.
You can also find a separate guest apartment for more privacy (upon request). This villa also has outdoor parking for two cars.
Access
This villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. To access the property you have to walk up stairs.

This villa is located in a residential area on the coast of Capdepera called Font de Sa Cala. Here you can find plenty of facilities being close to a holiday resort where you will find everything you need for a crowd-free summer.
Font de Sa Cala beach is 10 minutes' walk down a lightly trafficked street with pavements.

House rules
- The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property

Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
