This seafront villa with Ibizan charm is the perfect retreat for those who are looking for a paradise away from the crowds. In addition, it's within walking distance of a hidden sandy cove.
From every corner of this property you can enjoy the shimmering views of the sea and blue sky. Despite having open terraces with full views, this property maintains privacy in outdoor areas very well.
Every detail has been taken care of in this villa, it even has a wine cellar in the living room and a dining table with panoramic views of the sea. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
All the bedrooms are double and with sea views. One of them has a private terrace and the others has access to the pool area. There is one more courtesy double room.

Getting around
This beautiful villa is located close to the summer resort of Canyamel. This area is well-known for its turquoise-water beaches and natural surroundings. It's located on the northeast edge of the island, not far from the ancient towns of Arta and Capdepera.
There are many tourist attractions in that area due to its history, its impressive landscapes and, without a doubt, its unspoilt beaches. Despite it being a small holiday resort, it has some of the best restaurants on the island - including no less than two Michelin star restaurants in the area.

Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
