About this villa
Located in a lush forest between the coast of Calvià and Andratx, it's also just a 20-minute drive from Palma. The romantic surroundings, its large gardens, various terraces and the patio makes it ideal for holding weddings in privacy and style. The villa has 12 cosy bedrooms each with its own charm and it can be rented as a six-bedroom or a 12.
Whatever the occasion: a holiday stay, a corporate stay, wedding or a birthday party the Mallorca Collection and Las Barracas team will listen to your preferences and ensure everything is perfectly arranged according to your needs. The inner courtyard with ancient vines is the perfect place to enjoy delicious meals.
Las Barracas belongs to the descendants of a nobleman who accompanied King Jaime I in conquering Mallorca in the 13th century. Restored with the utmost care and respect for the original architectural features, it offers a total of 12 elegant and comfortable spacious double rooms with ensuite bathrooms, a large living and dining lounge with fireplace, another calm and reading lounge and a bar area. Another cosy multipurpose room is ideal for holding work meetings or enjoying a massage treatment. All are nicely decorated in keeping with the authentic Mediterranean style. All rooms come equipped with modern heating and air conditioning systems, TV satellite, internet, safe, minibar and hairdryer.
The ground floor comprises the reception, the courtyard, two spacious living rooms with fireplace, the dining room, a bar area, a multipurpose room and five bedrooms. Outside, guests can enjoy a couple of terraces and a swimming pool that will ensure total tranquillity and relaxation.

Payment and cancellation terms for stays with weddings/events
- 25% deposit to confirm the event. This deposit is non-refundable
- 25% deposit 6 months prior to the event. Refundable if cancelled with more than 60 days before the event. 50% refundable if cancelled with less than 60 days before the event

You can request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do its best to accommodate any request according to availability.
House rules
- On request, parties or events are permitted. Additional costs will be charged
- The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
- It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.
- Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property
- Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed
Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 30 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
