Villa Hera is a beautiful seafront mansion located in a quiet area, offering direct access to the sea and breathtaking views of the scenic bays of Port Andratx and Cala Llamp. This peaceful retreat is just a few minutes by car from the charming harbour of Port Andratx, where you can find delightful cafés, fine dining, and unique boutiques.

Spanning 1100 square meters across four floors, Villa Hera combines luxury with comfort. One of its standout features is the private sea access, which allows guests to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle. Steps lead through lush gardens down to the roof of an old boathouse, offering a unique spot to relax and soak in the stunning surroundings. The outdoor areas are perfect for both relaxation and fun, with various intimate and communal spaces. Enjoy the jacuzzi terrace, chill-out area with a wet bar, WiFi, and a Sonos sound system. Inside, Villa Hera accommodates up to twelve guests in six elegantly designed suites. Each suite features comfortable beds, soft Egyptian cotton sheets and luxury bathroom products. The en-suite bathrooms include either a bath, shower, or both, with many suites offering his-and-hers vanity units. Each suite also has ample wardrobe space, individually controlled air conditioning, slippers, lockable safes and Smart TV ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable stay.

Each living space in Villa Hera is designed with soft colors and elegant furniture, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living rooms include SMART televisions with UK satellite channels, Sky packages, and access to an extensive film library. The formal dining room seats twelve and is close to the wine cellar and main kitchen. The outdoor BBQ terrace, shaded by palm trees, is perfect for al-fresco dining with seating for twelve and a large gas BBQ.

A highlight of Villa Hera is the expansive pool terrace, featuring a 48 sqm infinity pool with a jacuzzi bench for four and optional heating. The terrace is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, a poolside shower, and a ping-pong table, creating a perfect spot to relax and enjoy stunning Mediterranean views. Just below the pool level, the intimate jacuzzi terrace features an eight-person jacuzzi, cozy seating, and a wet bar, all under a pergola for shade. This area can also be set up for yoga, Pilates, or massages, offering a space for relaxation. A few steps lead to the private gated sea entrance, complete with a mooring and boat inlet, ideal for exploring nearby Cala Marmassen bay. Villa Hera’s upper-level solarium offers a 120 sqm terrace with all-day sun exposure, large sunbeds, drinks tables, and umbrellas, making it an ideal spot to soak up the sun.

Finally, the tower terrace is a perfect place to watch the sunset, with seating for twelve to eighteen guests. It features retractable sun shades, privacy blinds, oversized sofas, and a drinks fridge, providing stunning views of the Mediterranean waters and rugged coastline.
