Villa Son Fiol is a charming traditional villa located in the serene neighbourhood of Mal Pas, just five minutes by car from the beautiful town of Alcudia. The villa sits near the sea and enjoys views over the marina. Despite being so close to the sea, privacy is provided by the pine forest that surrounds the villa.
This large villa gives you the chance to experience magical moments like waking up to the sound of the sea and going for long peaceful seaside walks. The villa is surrounded by a huge terrace ideal for sunbathing during the day and dining alfresco with your family at the evening.
The panoramic view from the main porch offers your eyes a view of the turquoise blue of the generously sized private pool. The saltwater pool boasts a large terrace with sun loungers. The villa offers seating on the shaded terrace, ideal for delicious al fresco dining and relaxing lazy hours enjoying the pleasant breeze from the sea.
The villa is built across three floors, on the ground floor are three double rooms with access to the sun terrace. On the first floor, you will not lack space with a big dining room and different cozy rooms to have leisure time with the family. From the dining room we access the large terrace with sea views.
On the third floor is a single room for service staff.
Enjoy the authentic Mallorcan character near the sandy beach of Mal Pas.

Location
The Neighborhood
The locals know this area as "Sa Punta de Manresa", where the vast majority of the beaches are rocky, with the exception of Sant Joan and Sant Pere. Both beaches have spectacular views of the bay of Pollença and Cap de Formentor. Alcúdia is a town in the northeast of Mallorca with very ancient origins, part of its urban centre is walled, it has a Roman theatre and the remains of the Roman city of Pollentia. The port of Alcúdia is the ideal place to relax and enjoy summer leisure, thanks to its kilometres of beaches, sports facilities for pleasure boats, a magnificent promenade and nightlife and drinking areas.

House rules

- The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
- It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.
- Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property
- Pets are not allowed
- No loud noise after 11.00pm
- Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
- Outdoor fire is forbidden from May to October.
Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
