Cancellation

If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of 25% of the deposit payment will be retained and not refunded.
If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
