  • In complement to the services that are often already included in our villas, we can offer a range of additional services, including booking the best restaurant, private tour and transport, in-villa massages and spa treatments, chefs for special occasions or fully catered accommodation and personalised recommendations for activities and attractions.We take care of all the details to ensure a perfect and smooth experience during your stay in one of our luxury homes.

  • We collaborate with excellent local suppliers with proven high level of quality for any added requirements. We will do our best to accommodate you and make your holiday truly unique.

  • Our in-villa concierge provides two distinct levels of service:

    Concierge DELUXE and Concierge INFINITY

    Both options offer a comprehensive array of amenities and benefits designed to elevate the comfort and convenience of your stay. Our villas may already include one of the two levels among the services offered.

    Should you desire a more extensive concierge service beyond what is included with your reservation, our team of experienced professionals is readily available to assist you in selecting the option that aligns best with your preferences.

Our concierge levels

Our local team will always welcome you for a safe and seamless experience at your villa, prepare the house for your arrival and be on hand throughout your stay for any queries regarding the house.

Our villas may already include one of the two levels of concierge. Should you wish a higher level of concierge service than the one provided with your villa, you can upgrade to the option that better suits your preferences.

We recommend requesting services no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.

  • Concierge DELUXE

    Our concierge is at your service prior to your arrival, assisting you in organizing your stay for maximum comfort, with the flexibility for potential adjustments before you arrive.

    This level includes the following features and amenities:

    • Booking of your arrival and departure transfers
    • Transportation services: car hire, private jet, yacht charters
    • Private chef and catering services
    • Booking of additional in-villa services

  • Concierge INFINITY

    Our concierge is at your service before and during your entire stay, committed to organizing your holiday with unparalleled comfort by curating tailor-made experiences that cater to your unique needs. This option unlocks additional concierge services on top of the Concierge DELUXE level, including restaurant reservations, spa bookings, and tickets for special events.

    This level includes the following features and amenities:

    • Everything included in Concierge DELUXE
    • A personalized agenda of activities to arrange in advance, covering restaurant reservations, spa treatments, personal trainer sessions, tennis and golf reservations, guided tours, and excursions
    • A dedicated concierge available via WhatsApp, starting from 4 weeks prior to arrival (Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00) and throughout your stay (Monday-Sunday 09:00-19:00)

    If not initially included in the villa, a cost of upgrading will apply for this option.
