This holiday home combines a minimalist and stylish design with comfortable and inviting spaces. Each room breaks the simple white walls with bright splashes of colour that will spice up your stay. On the ground floor, you will find a large private parking lot with space for two cars. The first floor is composed of a modern kitchen, a dining room and a cosy living room with large glass windows. The sleeping area is on the second floor, where you will find the master bedroom with an incredible ensuite bathroom, and two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
Finally, the third floor has a second living room that stands out for the fireplace and the nice terrace, which is perfect for making barbecues with your family and friends or simply having a cup of wine while admiring the stars at night. As well as all these amenities, the Paramount Townhouse has Apple TV with Amazon TV, and a Play Station 3 (with PES 2017).
The guests would have at their entire disposal a nice garage in the building, however we recommend to hire a smaller car. The street where they may access the garage is a little narrow.
The house is located in the area known as La Lonja, in the historic centre of Palma, famous for its wide range of restaurants, bars and nightlife. It is a place with a lively nightlife.

La Llotja district is one of the best-positioned neighbourhoods of the city of Palma. Within a few minutes on foot, you will find the picturesque cathedral, and the narrow streets of the old town, known in Spanish as ‘El Casco Antiguo’. There's a real pleasure to be had in simply wandering the medieval streets and seeing where they lead you. Urbanites will doubtless feel like a fish in water!
