This luxurious and contemporary villa is located in a glamorous coastal neighbourhood with broad sea views. This seafront villa is spread over three floors and equipped with all the amenities needed for enjoying a lovely time here with family or friends. It's particularly desirable for families or groups of friends thanks to its expansive spaces to gather and a palatial outdoor terrace and pool.
Admiring the Sapphire Coast Villa from the nearby seafront promenade, you'll see the house clearly stands out for its distinguished architecture. Once stepping into the magnificent terrace, where the pool line melts into the sea, you can enjoy privacy in a splendid atmosphere. At the same time, you have easy access to a charming little neighbouring cove. When inside the house, you're met with a large living room, a dining room and an open kitchen, that are all connected and have staggering views of the sea and garden – where you can enjoy alfresco relaxation time reclined on soft sofas.
On the upper floor, there are three very spacious double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, as well as large sea-facing windows with incredible views over the coast, perfect for admiring sunrises and sunsets from bed. House rules

- The cleaning and maintenance staff of the property may enter the house at any time if necessary for the maintenance of the property
- It is mandatory to respect the maximum occupancy during the whole stay.
- Please inform Mallorca Collection as soon as possible of any breakdown, damage or accident occurring to the property during the stay.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property
- Events, filming or professional photo/video shoots, etc. without the express prior authorisation are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed
Cancellation
- If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, a cancellation penalty of the deposit payment (25% of the booking) will be retained and not refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, no refund will be eligible.
- If guest arrives and decides to leave early, any unused nights will not be refunded.
