The prices listed on the website cover accommodation for up to 10 guests in the 5 bedrooms, excluding the master suite.
The master suite can be rented upon request for an additional weekly fee. Please note that the villa’s maximum capacity is 12 guests in total.
- You may rent either the 5 suites alone, accommodating up to 10 guests, or the entire property including the master suite.
In order to accommodate up to 12 guests, the rental of the master suite is required or alternatively, there are additional two double rooms in the basement, one with a bunk bed the other room with a double bed, but both each with a window. There is a shared bathroom between these two rooms. Additional basement rooms (for a maximum of 4 guests or staff) are available at an extra nightly rate per person, but the overall maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Master Suite or additional basement rooms are only bookable in connection with a basic booking of the guest-wing ( 5 bedrooms) and maximum booking 12 people in the house. - Poolheating per day 50,00 Euro incl. VAT.
The usual household expenses for heating, electricity and water consumption for max 12 persons are included
Normally, water and electricity are sufficient for normal consumption.
This is electricity: per person 4 kW / day, water: per person 120 litres / day.
In case of higher consumption, the consumption of water and electricity will be charged after the meter reading on the day of departure.
In case of additional guests beyond those staying overnight at Villa Serena, a daily rate for day guests (without overnight stay) will apply, according to the season. The price includes the use of all villa amenities, including bathrobe, towels, and daily cleaning, per person.
Refundable damage deposit
This property has a security damage deposit of 10.000€. This amount will be charged with your payment and refunded between 2 and 7 days after check-out.
